Providing support to individuals through spiritual/depth oriented talk therapy and EMDR to shift the unconscious untrue beliefs and the resulting behaviours and experiences that don’t serve us so that we can live and shine as we are meant to
Couples therapy
Supporting people to experience relationships as a sacred practice. Peggy helps teach skills for propelling relationships to reach their fullest potential and heal from destructive patterns Also offers a transformational curriculum of skills to support couples called Deeper Connections.
The Deeper Cravings Path™️
A 12 session mindfulness based curriculum to transform your relationship with food and your body. To reclaim your birthright and learn to be at home and free in your body and at peace with food.
Meditations
Peggy believes that the practice of presence unlocks a powerful avenue of healing and return to the truth of who we are and whose we are. She offers a guided meditation at the start of every session an has several free recorded meditations here to access.
Speaking and Events

- I am not only trauma-informed—I am trauma-shaped in the most spiritually designed sense. This personal evolution and reclamation is the primary gift and guide for the work I birth into the world. I forget, then remember, forget then remember and it is this remembering that carries us all back to the truth of who and what we are.
- I seek to bridge the clinical and the mystical in a way that is unique in the field of professional psychotherapy.
- I believe that we all carry an inextinguishable inner Light that can never be added to nor detracted from and our work is about removing the belief and behavior barriers that obscure that Light and in cultivating the practices that can continually return us when it seems life causes us for forget.
