Welcome to The Nourish™️ Getaway for Women * May 1-3, 2026
(Save your spot. Only 4 spots left!)
A sacred pause. A living remembering. A return to the Light within.
The Nourish™ Getaway is a carefully held women’s retreat designed to nourish not only the mind, body, heart and spirit — but to create a collective remembering and nourishing of the inner Light within that has always lived at your core.
Set in a tranquil rural haven near Elk Lake and just minutes from Victoria, BC, this weekend invites you to step out of the pace of daily life and return to yourself — to what is true, steady, and quietly luminous within.
Sacred Circle. Living Wisdom. Ripple Forward.
Nourish™ blends the ease and beauty of a relaxed, elevated girlfriend getaway with the depth of a therapist-facilitated wellness retreat. Together, we explore modern mental-health tools alongside ancient wisdom traditions — all in service of remembering who we are beneath the noise, striving, and self-doubt.
Our gathering unfolds across a picturesque country estate and charming berry farmhouse, surrounded by lush greenery, elegant interior spaces, and the kind of quiet that gently turns the dimmer switch to our inner Light back up.
The Intention of Nourish™
To nourish is not to fix or perfect yourself. It is to tend the conditions that nourish your inner Light (the one that has always been there) and allow it to shine more brightly in your life.
Across the weekend, we explore how our Light within is supported — or dimmed — by:
- Our relationship with the body
- The quality of our thoughts
- Our patterns of connection and relationship
- Our access to our Divine Source (presence, meaning, and spiritual practices and grounding)
This is an invitation into remembering — together.

Who This Experience is For:
- Women seeking a pause from busy life where you can be held
- Interested in forming deeper connections with other women while restoring connection to yourself
- Emotionally open to deeper self inquiry
- Spiritually open to exploring how to feed your deepest cravings
- Desiring a different kind of getaway experience held in a beautiful setting with an elevated feel
- Feeling called to step out of daily life and return to inner presence
- Drawn to an invitation into a carefully held, resonant ongoing community of likeminded souls
How the weekend will unfold:
Friday Evening: Arrival & Opening Circle, returning to Inner Presence
Arrive and exhale. Enjoy artisanal charcuterie bites and bubbly refreshments as you settle in and connect with the other women who will share this sacred weekend with you.
As the sun begins to soften, we’ll gather in our first circle — Nourish the Mind — led by therapist and retreat host Peggy Farah, LMHC, RCC. Rooted in the ancient tradition of sacred circle, this is a time for gentle introductions, deep listening, and heartfelt conversation. Together, we’ll begin exploring what nourishes our inner Light — and what quietly dims it. A soft, grounded landing into the weekend.
Saturday Morning: Nourish the Body as a Gateway to Remembering
Ease into the morning with freshly brewed coffee or tea and a self-serve breakfast from the wholesome and bountiful provisions offered at each house. Enjoy relaxed connection with your housemates before we gather again at Nourish House.
Circle Two: Nourish the Body, we explore our relationship with our body, the lifelong vehicle for our soul. Through compassionate awareness and somatic practice — remembering that a respectful, trusting relationship with the body is our birthright, one that is often diminished through our patriarchal cultural conditioning. We learn to honour our body as one of the most direct pathways back to our truth.
Afterward, choose the body-nourishing experience that most calls to you — or simply take time for rest and reflection. Your options include:
- Luxury Spa Experience: Relax into plush comfort, massage, and restorative waters overlooking the bay.
- Guided Kayak Tour: Paddle the tranquil inlet with a guided small group, immersed in the quiet beauty of the coast.
- Ocean Immersion Ritual: A symbolic facilitated cold-water plunge — releasing and cleansing what no longer serves and immersing and bathing in your new intention.
- Tod Inlet Self-Guided Forest Walk: A gentle, scenic trail through lush woods leading to the serene bay — a time for quiet communion with nature.
We’ll reunite at Nourish House for a hearty, beautiful lunch — sharing stories, connection, and reflections from the morning.
Saturday Afternoon: Nourish the Spirit
Returning to the Light Within
In the spaciousness of the afternoon, we turn inward.
Circle Three: Nourish the Spirit draws on timeless feminine wisdom and guided imagery rooted in ancient Celtic symbolism. Here, imagination, intuition, and memory open — inviting connection with what is deeply held but long forgotten in our busy world. This is time to remember the truth of who we are and the divine Source of all that is that see us, knows us, loves us and holds us.
The remainder of the afternoon circle intentionally offers space for integration: journaling, walking among the trees, creative expression, rest, or quiet reflection.
Saturday Evening: Celebration & Connection
As the day closes, you’ll gather as a group once more — this time for an optional Celebration Dinner at a nearby estate winery. Over delicious food, gorgeous views and flowing conversation, you’ll toast to new friendships, soulful discoveries, and the beauty of being nourished together.
Sunday Morning: Closing & Farewell
Sunday Morning — Closing & Farewell
Carrying the Light Forward
After a leisurely breakfast, we gather for a Closing Circle — a final moment to reflect, share gratitude, and name what you’ll carry forward from the weekend.
You’re then free to linger and explore — perhaps Butchart Gardens, Sidney-by-the-Sea, or downtown Victoria — returning home with a steadier connection to yourself and the Light within.

It is about remembering who you are.

Land Acknowledgment for Nourish Retreat – Saanich, BC,
It is with deep reverence and gratitude, we will gather on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, whose relationship with this land is ancient, enduring, and sacred. We honour the SENĆOŦEN-speaking nations — including the Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum, and Pauquachin — who have lived in reciprocity with this land for countless generations, tending its waters, forests, and living beings with care and wisdom. Here, near the shores of Elk Lake, we will pause to acknowledge not only the beauty of the natural world that surrounds us — the tall trees, the open sky, the mirrored stillness of water — but the deep, ongoing presence of Indigenous stewards whose teachings remind us that land is not a resource, but a relative. As we circle to nourish body, mind, and spirit, we commit to listening more deeply — to the land, to each other, and to the truths of history — and to walking gently in the footsteps of those who have come before. May this time together be not only a sanctuary for healing, but a space of humble recognition, respect, and renewal in relationship with the land and its Indigenous Peoples.
