Victoria, BC 🇨🇦 March 26 & 27, 2026
A Restorative Retreat for Professional Women Seeking Rest and Connection.
Therapists, counsellors, social workers, doctors, psychologists, dieticians, healers – all you women who provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to others in your day to day work, step away from supporting others to let yourself be held, replenished and witnessed.
Calm the Mind. Befriend the Body. Nourish the Spirit.
In a life that rarely offers pause, especially when you’re caring for others in these challenging times – Nourish™️ offers something quietly radical: peace and space. Space to slow down and be deeply seen and held in a peaceful therapeutic container and a gorgeous, serene setting. No expectations to perform. No requirement for perfection. Here we honour both the beauty and the mess of life equally. This is a space to simply be. It all belongs.
Nourish™️ invites a return to what is essential — present authentic connection, ancient wisdom, shared reflection, belonging and rest.

We gather as professionals whose hearts are focused on service to others – whether in the therapy office, clinics, hospitals or living rooms. Through the Nourish™️ experience we are invited to shift our energy from outward listening to listen inward and to allow our hearts to receive. This experience offers a blend of a beautifully curated relaxing wellness retreat with the depth and growth possibility of an experienced therapist-led processing circle and the wisdom and tradition of a Celtic ancient ritual — all held in a serene and beautiful setting. This is a gathering of heart-centered women seeking a mix of spacious rest, meaningful connection, healing teachings from both modern mental health and ancient Celtic wisdom tradition, and deep reflection set in a beautiful setting.
This experience is rooted in the healing modalities of psychotherapy—drawing from approaches like, depth psychology, attachment theory, EMDR-informed resourcing, somatic and eco-therapies —all anchored by the wisdom of ancient ancestral traditions. It is offered in a setting that is a luxurious sanctuary rather than a clinician’s office. At Nourish™ beautiful serene spaces, reverence for nature and stillness are partners in the process.

LAND ACKNOWLEGEMENT
It is with deep reverence and gratitude, we will gather on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, whose relationship with this land is ancient, enduring, and sacred — including the Songhees and Esquimalt nations — who have lived in reciprocity with this land for countless generations, tending its waters, forests, and living beings with care and wisdom. Here we will pause to acknowledge not only the beauty of the natural world that surrounds us — the tall trees, the open sky, the movements of the ocean water — but the deep, ongoing presence of Indigenous stewards whose teachings remind us that land is not a resource, but a relative. As we circle to nourish body, mind, and spirit, we commit to listening more deeply — to the land, to each other, and to the truths of history — and to walking gently in the footsteps of those who have come before. May this time together be not only a sanctuary for healing, but a space of humble recognition, respect, and renewal in relationship with the land and its Indigenous Peoples.
