Deeper Connection™ a personalized relationship course birthing more authenticity, harmony and joy into your relationship.

In this private, personalized skills training (held over 4 Fridays via live video call) you and your partner will meet with a licensed and experienced couples therapist for a total of 12 hours held over 4 transformational training sessions and learn and practice essential skills for healthy partnership. You can take this workshop with your partner or you can take it on your own. You will experience transformative exercises and practice tools that once applied to your relationship will ignite more trust and understanding than you would have thought possible in such a short time. This will be the first step to building the Deeper Connection™ that you have been craving and provide the springboard for co-creating a new dynamic between you that is based on healthy relating.

Deeper Connection is developed and taught by Relationship therapist Peggy Farah, LMHC, RCC. Peggy’s work is influenced by Neufeld attachment theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Approach, Non-Violent Communication training, Imago therapy and Mindfulness training and more as well as her own personal experience of a total transformation in her and her partner’s relationship journey that changed their lives and the lives of her kids and salvaged their relationship. She now lives in an entirely different energized and harmonious marriage (with the same man!).
